Pineapple Tarts RecipeLex wanted this recipe so I guess I should just put it up here. This recipe belongs to mom. I never tried doing it before xD Because I'll probably start poisoning people with my impatience. Serving Size About 250-300 pineapple tarts Ingredients 1200g plain flour 3 x 250g Butter (add more if you wish to) 2 eggs (add 2 yolks if dry) Pre-prepared Pineapple Paste Additional These are additional ingredients you may what to add to increase the flavour, but it really depends on how you like the pineapple tarts to be. 2 tablespoons of condensed milk 2 teaspoons of full cream milk powder Steps By the way, uh... my mom only gave me the ingredients needed so I made these steps up. She told me only rather briefly what we're supposed to do. Don't worry... I will try my best not to poison you n___n 1. Mix the flour, butter and egg together in a large bowl and add the additional ingredients too if you please. Uh. Knead the dough. 2. Now you have your pastry thingy. And your pineapple paste thingy. DO IT YOURSELF! Make the pineapple tarts! What my mom does is that she has the pineapple paste inside the pastry, so the pastry looks just like a ballish thing, it's not like the traditional ones where you see the pineapple taste jutting out. 3. Preheat your oven for 5 minutes. 4. Put your cute little pineapple tarts in the oven. I'm not sure what level but for us, we use a really old and ugly oven and we set it to 10 minutes. If you use a microwave, uh... I don't know! D; I think you can have it at mid temperature for about 6-7 minutes.
